As always complications came up with the team was excellent at communicating with me and staying in touch and keeping me aware of what was going on. I know I delayed my review for quite a while because I wanted to make sure things were good, but I love the roof and hope to never have to use you again - but if it comes to it, you’ll be the first place I call. special shout out to Seth A. and the staff at the office who I unfortunately can’t remember her name."

"I had a huge leak in my roof and Ridge Valley rushed out to patch the issue immediately, saving my home from what would have been tons of water damage. Afterwards I got quotes from numerous local companies for a new roof and Ridge Valley had competitive pricing and their people were great to work with so I went forward with them. It's been a year now and I didn't want to give them a review right away because I wanted to make sure the roof was good before giving them my seal of approval. Now I must say it's rained many times since I got my new roof and not a drop of water has entered my home. The roof looks great also.
