"Panorama Homes; Roy Lansdown did a fabulous job building our dream home here on Marco. Our son designed it and Roy worked with him to make suggestions and changes to enhance our design. Roy is a very creative, solutions based builder that delivered a top notch quality home on time (13 months from permit approval to move in) and on budget. His wife, Bobbie, is an Interior Designer and she helped us with design features of the interior and exterior of our home. They are a great team! They are both very experienced and never "nickle and dimed" us for change orders or any other modification. Many aspects of the bid for our house came in less than the original bid and some were over, but in the end, it was right on the budget. We have made some enhancements to our home and Panorama has handled that too. One project was an additional upstairs "sunset"deck. The other was when we bought the lot next to us and our son again designed what we wanted on the lot. We have a large tiki hut with swings, bar counter, fridge, beach, trees, artificial turf for kids to play on, outdoor shower, trees, and hammocks. We have unique home, with now two lots into one, and we don't think this could have happened with another builder. We highly recommend Roy and Bobbie."
"We've known the Panorama people since 2001. They built our home, which we love. They have done add-ons, like book cases, crown moldings, and lanai enhancements. They replaced doors and re-built a lanai for my daughter's Deltona home. Last month, we detected a water leak underground. Panorama coordinated the plumber and leak specialist to find the leak and did a great job of getting it fixed with the least damage to my walls and floors. Great people!"
