"Purchased a house from AP builders with a 1 year warranty. Alex took care of the small warranty issues until I had a major roof problem that he does not want to cover under his warranty. Roof is falling apart and Alex's response is to walk away and force me to pursue him legally. Builders need to stand behind their work and their warranty and this one does not. These builders are only as good as the work they stand behind and AP builders does not stand behind there work. There are many builders on Marco Island, find a different one and avoid AP Builders."
