"I don't usually post things like this but for this place I'm making an exception my experience was the worst first they changed my closing day 4 times, when they were building the roof I had them to comeback more than 3 times cause you will get more wet inside of the house than outside, the color of the house inside it was wrong they had to change it, my water system they were installing the cheapest one when I payed for reversible osmosis, the kitchen window didn't open had to tell them to fix it, the gap between the wall and the floor with no caulking, when I was walking the house no crown molding they had to install it, the water line from my master toilet is from a connection from the sink and not from the wall pipes etc and what makes me put this Review today is because yesterday was raining a lot and my guests room was full of water was so bad that when I stepped on the living room floor the water comes out. The only good thing about this company is James Borden what a nice guy but the company is the worst. My house is just 7 months old."
