"This guy literally helped ruin my life and the fact that hes still in business and has conned people is a testament to how failed America is. Everyone that knew him he has robbed including all of his subcontractors and salespeople and he has never paid for it. He had a heart attack at 42 from the amount of drugs and steroids he was using and his wife divorced him because he lied and conned his way to the top and now he claims to be a good guy but he just bought a younger wife off tinder and he continues to re con his way through life completely ignoring all of the things he has done that have ruined people . He is the furthest thing from reconciliation, hes just a con man with zero shame. He has zero remorse. One of the guys was his best salespeople and that guy was homeless for a time with kids because of Matt. Matt Spanton is probably one of the most evil people i have ever met in my life. If you choose him you're feeding into everything that is wrong with this world. It took me 5 years to get back on me feet after being robbed by matt spanton who has lambos and supercars and empty houses in naples. Hes terrible but if you choose him, you are just a disgusting."
"Absolutely horrible company! Did a half job, charged $15,000 for "mold remediation" and then my house failed the final inspection. Left trash by the curb even though they said they were going to pick it up. Said they were going to be there at certain times, and never were. Be very careful!"
"I personally had business dealings with the owner and can confirm that he is a man of his word. And that he will follow up on any questions or concerns you may have . He manages his company the exact same way!! Will highly recommend him and Cat 5 contracting."
"Cat5 Construction replaced 20 tile roofs in our community that were damaged by Hurricane Irma. They had a very organized, hard-working crew with a supervisor who was always on-site and eager to help. There were a few post-construction leaks but they returned to repair the problems. I'm happy to report there were no leaks after Hurricane Ian."
