"Its not closed but it was the WORST experience of my life. I have really thick and alot of hair. Jan is just ripping through ny hair with the smallest comb from my roots and I just wanted to walk out so bad. I was literally in tears in her chair. I said oww and i guess that meant nothing to her. Now thd damage will be there once i take it out. Also she was late to the appointment. She was overall unprofessional and was just after my money. This is a place you shouldn’t go to atleast with Jan. I can’t speak for her daughter though."
