"Swalley Construction built our 3800 Sqft house in less than 9 months and we felt like we were the only project that Steve was working on! Everything was communicated on time and we remained on budget for all items initially discussed. The sub-contractors and materials were scheduled perfectly. The only hiccup was not caused by Swalley Construction, rather, the A/C contractor held us up for 1.5 months and Steve was still able to keep the project moving forward and reschedule the rest of the contractors to finish within 9 months.
