"Beware!!! Beware!!!!. I now have the roof installed. The workmanship isn't first class. They were in a hurry to finish. Steve refuse to fix the drip edges which are dented and poorly installed. The soffit and fascia is poorly done. Steve explained to me that this passed inspection. I was curious why it passed inspection if the soffit and fascia was not installed. I called the city of fort Myers. I spoke with Juanita. She explained to me that farfan development pulled the permit for the roofing but did not pull a permit for soffit and fascia. She explained that they didn't have license to install soffit and fascia. Farfan development only has a roofing contractor license. Gs worrell did not pull a permit as well. Steve did come back for approximately 20 minutes a few days ago. He replaced where there was a nail in the drip edge with a 6in piece of drip edge. The pictures are below. I'm reporting both contractors to the DBPR. Hopefully they can run a investigation and come to a conclusion. My recommendation is this Steve is very personable and prices are good but the end product for me at least was subpar work. I would recommend to go with a more reputable company that takes pride in their work not taking customers money and honor their contract."
