"These guys have been “working” on my building at the Estuary on Marco Island, do not use them for God’s sake. They are so lazy. A project which should have taken a year is in its second yea and a half year, they have caused the entire complex’s water to be turned off three times. They’ll take everything down and not put it back up, use your units power for tools, they have terrible communication, and when they “finish” they just paint over everything they put down. Attached is a photo of the 3m strips I had in place to hold sound foam, they took down the foam, didn’t put it back up left the hangers, and then painted over them. Do not use them at all!!!"

"Not sure you guys should be in business if you're going to let your contractors use the company vehicle to whip around corners almost hitting pedestrians who are legally crossing the road at red light intersections and crosswalks why would someone want to book you for repairs when your employees are more interested in causing damage."

"Drilled thru kitchen wall never said a word Told Forman about it . ended up fixing it ourselves When they secured the sliding doors from opening from the inside they screwed thru the wheel Of the sliding door Never even offering to fix it suppose to be done January 2022 it's now March with no intentions of them comming back to finish work or correct these problems"

"Terrible We have them painting our condo on Fort Myers Beach. We already have weather delays, rescheduling, and we haven't had a hurricane yet. Just normal Florida weather. Agree with all the previous reviews."

"RLJames has been working at the Surf Club on Marco Island since November build/replacing a walkway to the beach and adding decks to the pool area. The job foreman is probably the worst supervisor I have ever seen at directing his labor and motivating them to accomplish a days work. Sometimes it was hard to see any progress with a 5 man crew from one week to the next think nothing of any to day. Without his eyes glued to his phone scanning whatever and a coffee in his hand, this guy would have got more done if he had stayed home. One would normally blame the workers but in this case I think he was the problem. This crew and supervisor couldn't turn around twice in one day"
