They were also able to identify and address an underlying issue that I had known about but had forgotten about being told about 12 years earlier. They were able to come up with an easy solution to replace the part that was stuck. The best part was that they were Extremely helpful in explaining the problem, the solution, and the transparency in the cost. Which I must say was Very Very fair!
