"BEWARE!! The absolute worst!! This company was a disaster from start to finish. My house and truck key were stolen from the drivers seat of my convertible parked on the grass right in front of the front door of the house to make driveway space. Upon the exit of the roof crew, keys are gone. Company said “show us a video of them being stolen or we will do nothing”. There are no outside cameras. Called police to make a report in case the box truck is gone or house ransacked without having to break and enter. Start date delayed and I had to find out by calling to ask. My lawn cutting company winds up with ruined tractor tires after I specifically told the crew leader (and he told the crew in Spanish because none speak English) to use a magnet throughout yard and clean up. They picked up trash but obviously not nails. I’ll have to watch for nails in my feet now every time I walk on the grass. Jason, assigned to me as my liaison never called me back to apprise me of anything, start or finish dates, progress, delays, etc. To this date (and the job is over) he hasn’t called me with dates of start, finish or to notify the office I was coming down to remove things from my house with the box truck whose keys were stolen. Company said they would pay for lawn companies new tires. The guy bought them and then they reneged after putting it in writing to compensate. They were the highest roofing estimate but the only ones available in July to do the roof. The others said early September. That should have told me something but was anxious to get house on the market, Beware of dishonest, non communicative, shyster companies who promise the world and then allow illegal aliens to steal from you and leave nails all over your yard to ruin tires but protect the incompetent, lazy workers and screw the customer. I’m letting everyone know on every social media and review platform the absolute lack of scruples of this company. BEWARE!! The absolute worst!!"

"Big disconnect in communication between company, customer and sub contractors. Don’t fully listen, rush you off the phone and act like your a nuisance. Tore down roof before permit was posted. Did not do work in scheduled time frame ... one week became two after waiting 6 months for the shingles to come in. Had to postpone other work to the house scheduled. Contractor came back multiple times and the roof did not fully pass inspection first time around. The company did not fully check out the sub contractors work. Treated my yard like a garbage can! Very disappointing experience and no response from owner regarding my concerns. They sure did’t have a problem chasing me down for payment even before the roof passed inspection."

They put my roof underlayment A day after the Truss and sheathing were done Thus saved my build from the rain . The job site was always clean not even a nail or screw to be found on the ground . Their office staff always stop by the site to check on the job . Thanks you"
