"I had issues with my foundation. I called Helicon for an estimate of the cost; Brad was my salesperson, he came to my house to give me a quote. He was very professional and pleasant. I was happy with the quote that I signed the contract right away. The repair crew came a month later which included Tanner, Walter and TJ. They were very respectful, professional and polite. If I have to do anything else to my house, I would of request the same team including the GPS guy. The work was done beyond my expectations. "I met with the salesman - Ryan on August 11, 2024. He provided me professional guidance regarding the needed repairs to the Seawall. The Helicon team from salesman, to the repair crew and divers were professional and I feel confident the Seawall has been repaired and now sustainable for a long time. The crew for was schedule to be here for 2 days. the job ended up being 2.5 days. I was updated daily on their findings and there was more to fix than could be previewed by just looking at the top of the ground/seawall. What really impressed me the most with this company is the latitude given to the crew supervisor to make additional adjustments on site without stopping the project for approval by “home office”. When a company demonstrates support to field crews and they in turn can do the job with an optimum outcome, i would say this is a good company to work with. "I would highly recommend the team over at Helicon! Bradford was our sales rep, he was very knowledgeable and not only came out right away but also gave us quotes the same day. We showed him/gave him a list of a few items that we needed looked at and he even gave us different options with different prices we could go with so it could fit into our budget. In addition he also helped us to communicate with our insurance to get the ball rolling which was a huge help!! We signed our contract and Joy helped us to get our appointment all set up. Due to the hurricane it did take a few weeks for them to come out, but we didn't mind. T.J., Spencer and Jose were the crew that came out to do the actual physical work. They were here for three full days, they were on time every single day and even stayed late one day when they were having trouble with a certain area of the pool wall. These guys busted their tails and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very cautious and aware of all of our personal items. The best part is they kept us informed every step of the way. You just don't find this type of complete service anymore, I cannot say enough good things about this team!"
