"I contacted many dock contractors about a new dock and lift. Danny and Waterfront by far were the most diligent about communication and ideas even though our project wouldn't be started for about 5 months. For 5 months Danny answered my questions and worked with us on the plans and permitting. Danny understands customer service as well as anyone we've met. When the time came, they started on the day we had planned. The crew we had was very personable, extremely hard working and knew there stuff! "Danny was a pleasure to work with. I spoke with several dock builders, including the one that did my sea wall. I decided on Waterfront because he seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job and not wasting my money and even gave me cheaper options to consider. As a result I felt very comfortable with him. It also helped that he did my neighbors sea wall and dock area. I could see the quality of work and also anything that wasn't done just right with my neighbor he corrected with no problem.
