"Finally, had enough with the bland one color that showed everything around my pool deck..Had a beautiful stone pattern & wow, from bland to grand. Excellent workmanship & affordable pricing. Love my cool deck too."
"Beyond Expectations ! Had Pool Deck Resurfaced and Driveway Resurfaced. Pool Deck had 40 year old deteriorated composite drains which they also replaced. Showed up as scheduled and completed project on time with no surprises. Old school work habits and craftsmanship. Highly recommend Tim, John and Skip as they were a pleasure to work with and tolerated 4 dogs for a week."
"I had them resurface my driveway that cracks and bumps from cracks. they smoothed it all out and resurfaced, it looks flat/smooth and beautiful. they did an amassing job. it only has been 2 days since they finished and I have had 4 passers by tell me how good it looks. I am very satisfied and happy I used them....."
"They worked hard, they use a very good product and they know how to apply it well. The problem I had was that they broke a valve to my pool filter and will not help in anyway to so it can be fixed. They did not tell us about what happened they just took the broken piece with them. I found the broken valve after they were finished and I went to start to clean the pool. To me that's not good business. I would hire this company again because of the work they do."
"While most of my deck and patio look nice, I can't recommend Miracle Coat Resurfacing because they don't stand behind their work. They resurfaced my patio and deck in Dec 2019/Jan 2020. Part of the job was to fill in old planters with concrete before resurfacing. Most of their work looks nice but they failed to level the two planter areas in the outer corners of the lanai before resurfacing it. Now I have dips there as you can see in the picture, and standing water in both corners every time it rains or I try to clean up the deck. The work was obviously poorly done since leveling newly poured concrete is a pretty standard thing to do. I understand that things happen, but the worst part is the complete lack of concern or follow-up on getting it fixed (notice the work date above). At first they said I was on the work order list and would be contacted in order so I waited. But I have never received an update unless I initiate the call, so I have to keep calling and leaving messages. I was later told they were going to put off the repair work until after the rainy season. Sounds reasonable on the face of it, until you look at how long it's been a problem and unless you're the one with standing water around your pool. Apparently they can still do new work during rainy season, but don't have the time or interest to go back and fix their problems. I shouldn't have to chase them to fix very, very obvious problems with their work."
