"I will first note that if you leave a negative review on their Facebook page, they immediately have it removed and block you completely . So that’s all fake! The owner and his wife are downright dishonest. They didn’t honor the terms of our contract regarding fees for the well drilling. They charged me absorbent overages for materials last minute (after I already signed off on the last draw of the construction loan). My contract stated that I would not have to pay increased costs for materials unless they increased by more than 110%. When I asked to see the invoices for said materials, they refused and changed the lock code on our doors until we paid. They knew we wouldn’t have a choice since we had to be out of our current home. They said the build would take 9-12 months and it ended up taking over 18 which caused us to have to pay closing costs a second time and now be subject to the increased interest rates. Construction loans roll into a mortgage with only closing once if completed within the 18 months. Both the front and back porches were heavily splattered with stucco that was not cleaned up before drying(photos attached). When I requested they do something to fix it, I was told that they my contract states that they don’t provide protective floor coverings and it was basically too bad. When I asked the owner, Bobby if he thought it was fair to expect us to come up with such a large amount of money in 2 days he responded by saying “life isn’t fair “. Very unethical."
