"I fail to see how offering someone a job at a rate well above minimum wage in exchange for work could be interpreted as shameful treatment. Refusing the work and preferring to receive free handouts instead seems like the shameful choice, as was the violent response on camera when asked questions. The man clearly needs help but aggressively refused it. No good deed goes unpunished apparently. If ever I need remodeling, I will not hesitate to contact Bray Remodeling."
"Good job buddy! I've been harassed by homeless I know sleep in the 4 star hotel off the highway and made more money than me and bragged about it. You did nothing wrong as that man had no intention of being anything but a leech. That homeless by choice person deserved embarrassment to cruelly refuse your offer of a $15/hr job and shame on everyone berating you here as they are equally horrible to stand up for awful behavior while chastising you for offering real help. Keep up the good work."
"Homeless shaming is a terrible look for management. A public shaming that becomes a potential national news story is even worse especially when the business is made part of the story by the bully who felt the need to take the time to publicly shame a homeless person he knows nothing about other than he didn't want to clear his yard waste. He didn't even care to find out why or if physical or mental health issues played a part in the rejection. He simply had his own agenda and need to publicly shame a homeless person because he doesn't like looking at homeless people during his drive time. Mr. Bray is nothing but a bully and people should be aware of his public stunts and need to shame those with less than him before considering this company."
