"I am so incredibly grateful to Alpha Foundations and their professional team! We moved into a house built in the 1960s and some of the floor areas sagged and we noticed cracks in two of our beams under our house. I found Alpha Foundations online and saw Google reviews of similar situations as ours. Cody came out to inspect our house and take initial measurements. He went over the details and his recommendations with us. They pulled a permit and everything was done in less than two months. Would have been sooner but our schedule was a bit hectic this summer. On installation day, Tyler, Drew, Ryan and Ezra arrived on time and explained the entire process of adding 9 IntelliJacks. They were efficient and left the area so clean that you would never know they were there. Afterwards, they went over the details of their work and took another set of measurements. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were so knowledgeable and professional. "***UPDATE 7-13-24 After being contacted by the local manager, Kyle, he was able to resolve all the issues promptly and went over and above my expectations to get everything corrected. I am back to recommending this company since they do seem to be quick to respond to any issues you may have. ***Update 7-1-24 after install** The initial install had no issues like my original posting had advised.. The problem and lack of professionalism from this company came after the install.. They were supposed to come back 3 to 4 months after install after the jacks had settled to check it and possibly readjust the jacks to level the floor a little bit more.. That never happened!! So then I make an appointment for the one year check up, which is part of your price,, And the day Of the appointment I get no call and a no-show from the service technician.. And corporate just says that they sent a message to the local manager to contact me.. So I’m writing you today to say that they are still a no call no-show. I still have not heard back from the local manager and now no reply from Corporate.. So I am here to say that if you value what you pay for in the service and you expect to get it then I expect you to not want to use Alpha Foundation for this service!! Original review at time of install : I had my foundation corrected and supported with their jacks and my crawlspace completely encapsulated with a dehumidifier and sump pump and now I have a Florida basement. John, William and Ryan was super nice, polite and they did a great job."
