"Do not work with this company. They installed a “new” roof on our home three years ago. We had a leak within the first year and had an incredibly difficult time reaching them to come repair the roof. 1.5 years later, the leak has returned in the same location. Despite multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages to them, they will not return our messages and we are stuck finding another roofer to repair their work. Very disappointing experience and I would highly recommend against using their services."

"This company work very quickly to get the job done now when I say quickly I don't mean quickly. Two young men worked on my roof Sun up to sundown Demetrio and Juan worked diligently to make sure everything was done to code they worked very very hard my roof and it looks wonderful. Pristine Tan by Atlas / Pinnacle product Simmi and Sean were there 4 the clients availability it was very easy to choose from a great material. And the underlayment was mechanical which I think is a way better barrier also, Demetrio took it upon himself to make a correction that the last roofer overlooked. Thanks Jaun /Demitrio I had called for other companies and they ranged between 13000, 8500, 8100. They were not a bloated price company and it was a no-brainer to go with them everything was done according to schedule no procrastination great company thank you so much irok ... Also when the job was completed on the third day the next day the city inspector came was on the roof for 20 minutes came down and said you have a very good roof. I was very pleased with that I did not expect anything but ... Sean assured me that the only way I would know that roofers were there was by the shiny new roof that I had. I never found any nails oops excuse me did find two but from the whole job no problem thank you so much guys hope this review says a lot"

"This company does not want to honor its 12-month warranty on a new roof. We wouldn't even need their services if the work had not been sub-par in the first place, but now it looks like they are going to make us sue them to enforce the warranty, too. Their "estimator" Kip called me just to try to talk me in circles, lie to me, and then he raised his voice to tell me they don't "owe us anything" - really? Is that how you treat customers who have a warranty on a roof that was put on eight months ago and is now leaking? When I finally lost my cool and yelled back at the estimator who'd been so rude to me, he couldn't handle it and hung up on me. If you're going to dish it, Kip, you certainly should be able to take it. Terrible customer service, terrible work, terrible everything. If I could give this company a zero rating, I would."
