"We live in their new 39million dollar building at Westminster Shores. The structure appears sound BUT the windows have CHEAP plastic latches that barely work. The windows are filthy and there is no way for us to clean them. In this day and age everyone can have windows that flip in for cleaning. The plumbing is ridiculous. 2 months in and none of the bath tub/shower fixtures work in the 52 units. When we moved in, none of us had water in the kitchen and many did not have it in the showers. The fixtures were filled with silicone.Ovens did not work, dishwashers did not work. What kind of review was done by the City and Hennessy prior to occupancy???"
