"Although I was very happy with Super Roof's work on my garage apartment roof, I still shopped around because it has been a few years. Again, Adam, Super Roofs, and the team were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and fairly priced. I have been in the St Pete real estate industry for the past decade so I have had to put a bunch of roofs on houses to get them sold or rented. Adam is one of the few roofing company owners who is on site other than to just collect a check at the end of the job. He clearly cares about the quality of the workmanship and his employees. Unlike other companies that I have dealt with, Adam has kept the same experienced team and does not subcontract out the work to random and less reliable workers. Although roofs get inspected, some other companies cut corners in ways that inspectors and home owners will never notice until there is a problem years down the road. I unfortunately had to be out of town for the start of the job so I also knew that I needed someone reliable and who was easy to deal with. Adam was extremely communicative, sending me tons of pictures and updates throughout the work so I could see everything that was going on, areas of wood that needed to be replaced before & after and how the work was progressing. This was extremely helpful because there were a few decisions for wood replacement that had to be made quickly and via phone, not something I would normally do. I could see in the photos that Adam wasn't taking me for a ride or trying to make a little extra money by adding in some extra wood work that wasn't needed or wasn't done (this happens). You will be hard pressed to find another roofer that is great with clients & tenants, reasonably priced, and can provide the same quality of workmanship. I could have chosen any company but I went back to Adam and Super Roofs because they are reliable to do a great job, trustworthy, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend you hire super roofs if you are looking for a roofer."
