"AHB is a spectacular builder. They accommodated every change or add I wanted and when I moved in last month, the house exceeded my expectations. "American Housing Builders ll built our house in 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with it! Their team of professionals made it a stress free experience. If you’re considering building a house, you need to call American Housing Builders ll. You will be glad you did!"

"I could not be more displeased with these people. Our house was built in 2013 and we bought it directly from them. Everything they did was shotty. Luckily I work in construction as do my brother in laws and other family. We have done not thing but replace or finish work they did. In the master bath they just completely left out a side of door framing and painted it so you "couldn't tell". The Lenolium in the kitchen doesn't line up at all, the anchors outside the house for the hurricane shutters aren't set correctly so they just fell through. Our seal around the door is peeling off letting air in/out, our carpet started to lift after the first 6 months, called AHB and they said they would have someone out in 48 hours. We ended up putting hard wood later that year. Sure these people build visually nice houses, but pay close attention to detail as these people obviously cut corners and once you buy the house you don't matter to them anymore. Definitely will not recommend them to anyone and will surely never buy from them again."
