"Abbas Development is a highly detailed, efficient, professional builder who pays attention to each step of the process. At no time did we feel that they were trying to cut corners or taking too long to address items in each phase of the build. The day we met for the first time, the permits had just been approved by the city for our home. From the day we signed the contract to the date of completion was just under 5 months. Being able to be present for each stage of the building process (after permits of course), we were able to make selections for all of the finishes in the house. We were so fortunate that Abbas Development does not chose low end builder grade finishes as the "base" level product. While we did choose to upgrade a few things, I am confident that even if we had not made other selections tailored to our personal design, the finished product would have been equally as nice. Working with everyone on the Abbas Development team has been a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this builder for your next project.
