"TERRIBLE experiences at this lot now have me seeking alternative off airport parking. We’ve been in 30-40 person lines waiting for pick up at baggage claim while multiple empty Employee Lot buses passed us over, only to come by again EMPTY while we waited for Long Term buses. It gets worse! This week we parked at 4:30 AM, got on the shuttle and the driver gave me the parking reference stub. It was a red ticket with the word “Blue H 2” on it. Upon return Thursday we went up and down the Blue H 2 lane … no car! We ended up getting driven up and down almost EVER section in their maintenance golf cart in the rain. After a full hour we found our car in Red H 1, way away from where the absent minded driver from Tuesday morning told us we were parked. In a normal business an apologetic manager would give a customer who had this kind of experience their money back ($33.00). Although he apologized and recommended going forward I take a picture of the section sign where I park, he had no authority to give me even a penny back….he recommended I contact the Lee County Port Authority. I did…and they replied “we’ve forwarded your complaint to the Parking Contractor who runs our lots.” Same guy who has no authority to refund. Right out of the Government Run Around Playbook section 1 paragraph A… “…and this will frustrate them to the point where they’ll just drop it and go away.” DO NOT PARK HERE!!!"

"The last 2 times I have parked here within the last month. I waited and waited for bus. I had to call the dispatch both times. ( She said that a bus was on the way) I had to call a second time same thing bus was on the way. I have been using the long term lot for years & it's only the last 3 months that this has happened. I asked when I finally got to the airport what is going on with long term lot? I was told it's new management and that they are terrible by a employee. You raised your prices and have the worst shuttle bus service. People have flights to get. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Get your act together!!!"

"This service keeps getting worse. Drivers forget to give location cards. Pick up lines last time of 20 at each spot and no vans. About 30 plus now. Since rsw changed the contract it went from excellent to terrible. Young parents with frustrated young children. It was 7:30pm and shows an inept operation. Used to park off site then came back but time to change again!!! Seems hopeless. Then we went to leave using RSW rewards. No posted lane as they usually do. Had to be moved to 3 separate exits. First was credit card lane with sensor did not work. Backed out and went to Billy at gate who could not understand issue and could not help. Held up 4 cars and moved them to send me to another booth labeled “trainee”. Other rsw rewards members were moving around trying to get out! The trainee did not know what to do but called manager. We waited about 10 minutes with a line. Manager said my transponder was problem. We paid by credit card but I called RSW rewards the next day and my transponder worked and I was thus DOUBLE CHARGED! They took care of it but RSW has issues. It is frustrating to take almost an hour to get to my car and get out of the gates at parking. No one seems to know what they were doing. The staff was nice but clearly not trained or informed on dealing with the problem. No one knew we would be double charged. Very frustrating. Parking offsite might be better now."

"If you need to park your car and get to the terminal quickly, DO NOT park in long term parking. The shuttle runs very infrequently and there is no designated walkway to walk to the terminal. I asked the (rude) parking attendant in the golf cart how to walk to the terminal and he said "wait by your car for the shuttle bus". The parking fee ($11 per day) is reasonable but there should be a way to walk to the terminal for those who are in a rush."
