"The staff here is fantastic. I recently got held up out of town with a cancelled flight on the way back to Fort Myers. The amazing people here did not take advantage of my situation. They extended my parking at a very fair rate! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the counter staff to the shuttle drivers were amazing. The friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve met. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"

"I usually do not post reviews but this was an experience that left me feeling not so good. The parking it self was great. The car was valet parked and when I arrived after a long weekend the car was waiting for me with open windows and trunk ready to comfortably drive home. The transportation to the airport and back has me very upset. The driver who picked me up at the airport gave me a very hard time as I lost my parking ticket ,he almost didn’t let me in the bus, Said I wasn’t on the list , asked me how would he know I should get a ride if I didn’t have a ticket, ( yes they sent a text to tell me where to find the van which would have been my ticket proof ) but didn’t realize this till later as I had my phone on airplane mode. So on the way to pick up my car I showed him my printed out payment reservation form, not good enough,I searched my bag the whole time in route and no luck . Stressful and frustrating I felt like he was not kind or caring and seemed to be enjoying my pain. I do not usually state the fact that I am a senior citizen but yes this time it is important to note. When we got to the parking place I almost cried because one passenger put out his hand to help me off the step of the van, a show of kindness and support from a stranger after feeling abused. As I approached my car I told the very nice woman who worked there that I lost my ticket,she said she knew that because my ticket was left on my seat in the van on the way to the airport. The driver was the same one who drove me there , he knew I didn’t have it. Well maybe this was a lesson to me to not care to be so accommodating to others demands and just let them deal with the “problem” . You know who you are ,I hope this review relieves you of your pain by letting you go as you are certainly not a happy camper in your present job. This review is honest and straightforward and I feel better knowing it may help someone else in a similar situation."

"Easy in and out, courteous drivers, and your car is started and waiting for you when you come back. They use your flight info to know when you’re coming in, and when we got back, instead of leaning us to wait for the next shuttle, the driver came and helped us get our bags to the bus. Highly recommend."

"I have used these guys for years and used to highly recommend them, but today I booked a one day reservation online at a cost of $9.60/day. after the transaction was complete the receipt details added a sales tax (which I would have expected), a airport access fee, a fuel charge and a note that said if one person was dropping the car off and another person retrieving the car a $10 surcharge would be added. Why would that be? does it cost more to pickup a different person than you dropped off? The total came out to $22.05. FYI long term parking right at the airport is only $11/day. Faster shuttle and shorter ride."

"Factor in extra time! Had to wait 20 minutes to get a shuttle to the airport. It used to be 5 or less. For detailing, they charge extra fees and don’t tell you about it until after when you pick up your car. They do a great job just expect it to cost more than advertised. Everyone that works there is great."
