"Front desk older bulky lady with glasses is extremely rude and I don’t know how she still even has a job here. Extremely condescending for no reason and comes off abrasive each time I come. From what I seen from the reviews I’m not the only one experiencing this."

"UPDATE: I’m told that a crew car is now available. They were very slow to restore this amenity but it is still appreciated. I have convinced our passengers to use FMY. Original post: They are still not providing crew cars. Very inconvenient and makes life difficult for crew members. Quoted from CDC website discussing the spread of COVID-19 : Current evidence strongly suggests transmission from contaminated surfaces does not contribute substantially to new infections. No reason to not provide crew cars. They haven’t lowered their prices to reflect the reduction in services. I’m attempting to convince our passengers to use FMY."

"As a professional pilot with nearly 20 years of flying, I have had the opportunity to visit a lot of great and not so great FBOs around the country. However, my recent experience at Private Sky was by far the worst. While I understand they have a monopoly on the field, I found their fees to be quite unreasonable. Moreover, the level of service provided was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I encountered an issue with being overcharged for their "by the .5 GPU service." When I brought this to Vanessa's attention, her response and attitude were downright rude. The following day, when we returned, we decided to forgo the GPU and fuel services and opted to pay the "handling" fee of $300. On departure, there was no line staff there for engine start or even to remove the chocks; so I’m not sure what they handled. To add to my frustration, I discovered that Private Sky charges additional "handling" fees for accepting Uber Eats orders. This seemed unnecessary and further emphasized their lack of customer-oriented practices. Our company will avoid Private Sky FBO in the future and instead choose FMY, where I have had positive experiences with their service, reasonable prices, and respectful staff. Individuals like Vanessa, who display unprofessional behavior, should not be involved in the private aviation industry."

"The only FBO at RSW airport yet the service and quality was very good. No crew car due to COVID which was disappointing as we had to order lunch in. They have a comfortable rest area watching TV as well as another quiet room for pilots who like us are on standby. Once we knew our plan the line staff promptly refuelled the aircraft and provided a GPU for start."
