"Andy said he would tell me when he was doing work and send updates. He never did either. He shorted me on loads of dirt and refused to finish the job. It was over 6 months after being paid in full and Andy had more excuses and the audacity to tell me he was doing me favors. Andy was awkwardly focused on being paid before he had finished the work. I trusted him because I met him through a friend he is related to. Andy is shameless though."

"Hayden was friendly, but his root rake was a joke. He showed me a video of a beautiful farm field with fluffy soil and no sticks and said this is what my lot would look like. Then he showed up with a tractor not much bigger than a lawn mower and picked up stuff off the surface without digging down to get the actual roots. I paid him before thoroughly inspecting. Big mistake. I've got roots clearly visible on the surface and directly beneath. I estimate 80% of the roots are still here."
