Our exclusive beach offers unparalleled access to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, available only to members who own improved property or rent annually on Marco Island.
As a member of the Marco Island Residents’ Beach, you will enjoy a host of amenities designed to enhance your beach experience. Relax and dine at the Paradise Grill under shaded tables, take advantage of convenient parking, and utilize our clean restrooms and showers. Our picnic chickees come equipped with charcoal grills, perfect for a family gathering, and our playground ensures fun for the little ones. We also offer beach wheelchairs and easy handicap access to all facilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of the beach.
But the benefits don't stop there. Residents' Beach membership also grants you access to Sarazen Park, located on the south end of the island. This park features additional beach access, parking, restrooms, and picnic facilities, along with the largest chickee hut on the island.
Members are required to visit the MICA office to have their picture taken and must carry their Residents’ Beach ID at all times while on the property, including under the chickee huts. Join us for family-friendly concert events on the green and create unforgettable memories in this tropical paradise.

"We spent 4 weeks in July/August on Marco Island (rented an Airbnb in a condo). The beach is huge with not many people, the water was extremely warm (+30...+32C) and clean (no red tide or sea weed). Occasionally we also saw dolphins and manatees. Highly recommended!"
"Gorgeous large beach. Only giving it a 4 as its so sad this very large stretch of beach is all private. It is definitely big enough to open it to the public. I dislike the fact that so many ocean beaches are not accessible to all. I understand it- but no one owns the ocean but the access to them are private. Thank you to the extremely lovely couple who invited us for the afternoon."
