"I went there for 1st on May 3 to get my eyebrows done and the same day I got a skin reaction plus my brows were all red I (see my picture) went the next day and the manager was going to refund the money, it has been more than 2 weeks and nothing. I totally dont recommend this place! They didnt really showed much care about. Definitely not coming for any other service!"

"Okay...I was skeptical about writing a review cuz I really don't want to be rude or offensive about her... but I was here 5 days ago, my threader was really nice but she did cut me and a professional threader isn't supposed to cut skin "at all" just eyebrows. other than that and me bleeding, she did do a good job , but after she was done, she didn't clean and wipe off the hairs all over my eyes n face like they were supposed to....I only tipped her cuz I had felt bad....where's krishya?"

"The worst experience I’ve had, DO NOT GO HERE they destroyed my eyebrows by pushing them back one of the employees that was working in mine kept talking about her family issues when I just wanted my eyebrows done and completely didn’t listen to me when I said I wanted them just cleaned up no shaping and she did not listen. She also cut me a few times and told it was my FAULT because I wasn’t holding tight enough and then proceeded to grab my arm to place it the right way but yanked my arm way to aggressively I want a refund and a apology I have to go into work like this and I have a swollen forehead and eyebrows because of this I have never been this angry at an eyebrow place and the no help from either employee, when I went back in to say something there was a lack of responsibility for she did to my eyebrows and said it was my fault I want my money back it hurts to move my eyes they are so swollen and I can’t even go into work stay away that place smells like onions"

"I went to Brow Art 23 in Cordova Mall this morning, Saturday, March 29th at 10:45 am. There was one person working with a customer at the time. There were no other customers in the shop. I don't know if anyone else was in the shop. I stood waiting to be acknowledged. She saw me as I walked in. Finally, I went and sat down. After a few minutes, the young lady said hello and asked what I needed. I asked if they threaded, as she was waxing a gentleman. I had called ahead to make sure they threaded. I wanted to be sure as she was waxing at the time. She said yes. The next words she spoke were not clear; so I asked her to repeat what she said. She was telling me to sign in and put in my phone number. Her tone was that of one being annoyed. As a result of her tone, I asked her if there was another threading location in the mall. She said no. Her attitude and the entire experience weren't sitting well with me. I thought for a moment and decided to leave. I was skeptical of the service I’d receive if I had stayed. I usually go to Eyebrow Experts. I decided to try Brow Art 23 because it is closer to my home. NEVER AGAIN! I left and went straight to Eyebrow Experts where I was greeted when I entered the shop. My threader was polite, friendly, and professional. I will be informing management of my experience this morning."
