"$400, 2 trips and 8 hours and the full interior and exterior detail on my vehicle is still not where it should be. Dropped my car off at 9:30 and was texted at 4:00pm that it would be ready by 4:30. Their excuse was they were short handed, which I can understand, but a heads up wound have been appreciated. I fully emptied my car for the detail and upon returning home and putting things back in I noticed the hatch area had not been cleaned, the carpets had not been shampooed, the door seals had not been washed and conditioned, the leather seats had not been conditioned, the gas cap area was not touched, the seat tracks were not touched, the black plastic trim inside the doors had not been cleaned and the vents had not been blown out. All of these things are covered under their service. I brought the car back this morning and spoke to the manager on duty. They offered to have the interior redone by the same tech. No “sorry”, no “this isn’t how we do things”. So I waited another hour and things are still not done right. Trim still isn’t dressed and the leather seats were wiped down with the same protector as the rest of the interior. I’ve taken my cars here before and have not had issues like this. I’ll save the money and either do it myself, or take it to an independent detailer."

"I got a gift card last Christmas to this car wash.. Every time I come here, I have always ended up not being happy. This is after they “cleaned” my car. Now I know I didn’t get a full detail but people really pay $40 a car wash for this?! Never coming back once I use up all of the gift card."

"Not happy with my service today. I’ve gone here maybe 10 times so far and until now I was happy with the service provided. But today they didn’t bother to wipe down the dash (still visible dust), still bits of paper on the front floor that should have been vacuumed up, paid extra for leather condition and there were very obvious spots they missed. So now nearly $70 later, I still had to go to the store and buy cleaner to clean the interior myself. Not happy for $70."
