"I use to love getting my car cleaned here. The last 3x dust and debris is still all over. Feels like a 1/2 job. I always get the best car wash for $32 but I never get the best anymore. (Edit) additional comment... owner said he doesn't have the $32 wash. This post was a year ago... everything has increased in price. I do go to One Touch. I live very close. I'd never go anywhere else. Seems like a hit or miss last few time. You can say or think that I didn't come here, but you're the only one I go to. Own up to hit or miss. I keep coming back because the service has always been great. The ending wipes hasn't. See yal soon!"
"This business is AWESOME!!! My grand daughter vomitted in the car. I stopped in to get it cleaned. I was a little short on cash. They went above and beyond service to make sure my car was clean. "Always get a well cleaned vehicle at a reasonable price. Unlike the Eager Beaver, which is way overpriced and the owners are completely opposite. The "Lady" at eager beaver needs to step down and let someone manage it or, better yet, sell it to the owner of Soft Touch, which knows what and how to please a customer"
"I have lived in Fort Myers for a few months and wanted to get my car cleaned but I’m very particular of where I take my car. I went to Soft Touch because of the reviews & price. I was not impressed. I purchased a #3 Triple package. & when I left and got home I inspected the car and had to still clean parts of the car. I was not satisfied with the interior cleaning. Rims were nice and exterior wash was good. Cup holders and door handle pockets still dirty."
