"There is a night shift employee (dark curly hair and glasses) who is unbelievably rude for no reason. Everytime I go in, he ignores me for as long as possible, avoids all eye contact, refuses to speak, stands with arms crossed and rolls his eyes, and is absolutely inconvenienced by our presence...why? I blew it off the first time (maybe he was just having a bad day), but this is EVERY NIGHT without fail. I've worked in retail/customer service for a decade and I'm shocked that he is still employed after the way he treats his customers. I'm honestly going to avoid this store at night. I'd rather walk to the race track across the street than have to deal with this a-hole."
"All employees are nice and helpful EXCEPT for the tall dark haired guy who works night shift. He is the most rude and employee I have EVER seen in any business. He doesn't say anything, stares straight ahead and rolls his eyes and sighs if I ask him anything. I've had PLENTY of encounters like this at this 7-11. I'm at the point where I'd rather walk across the street to the RaceTrac because they have respectful night shift employees."
"I have to say that this particular 7-11 location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. It’s bad EVERYDAY as far as customer service and common courtesy goes, but this morning, 6/4/24 @ 4am was particularly bad. I went in to get a pizza and smokes. The dark haired guy working was so rude to me. My ex-husband treated me better during our divorce than this guy did just now. I bought a root beer which is 2 for 4 but there was only 1 left in the cooler so when I went up to pay I politely asked him if he cld check and see if there were more in the back. He sighs at me loudly and proceeds to go check. He comes back with 1 and I asked if there were more, he sighs at me again and says rudely “how many more do u want”? I told him 4 bc I already had 2. He sighs again and proceeds to go get the sodas. When he comes back I pay him and wait for my pizza to cook. While I’m waiting I asked him if he had any of the large cheese burgers and he sighs at me again, this time even louder and asks how many do u want? I said two please but if it’s such a problem I can come back. He ignored me and proceeded to make my sandwiches. Then when they’re done he rings me up I pay and collect my purchases. All in awkward silence. I told him thank u and have a great night and he literally rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Wow dude I don’t know who pissed in your Cheerios tonight but damn u shld really leave that bad nasty attitude at home and away from ur place of business. It’s not the customers fault that u got problems bc WE ALL got problems, that’s don’t mean we all shld take it out on others. I don’t expect to be treated like gold but I do expect to be treated in a cordial manner like I’m a person who’s spending my hard earned money at your place of business. It’s no wonder the workers are a-holes, as The employees at this store are a reflection of the nasty owner. The owner of this particular location is a real big douchbag, the type of douchbag that “misplaces” money in claims of an employee stealing it so he can claim it on insurance. Ruined a very good friend of mine’s squeaky clean record by doing so. She was a manager for the company for years and then out of nowhere, BOOM! She’s taken away in silver bracelets. U cldnt pay me enough to work at a 7-11. I’d rather have a root canal."
"I was a loyal customer for several years. As a field service technician, I would fill my vehicle, grab my iced coffee and granola 5 days a week, so I was an everyday customer. Then they broke the cardinal rule; they absolutely refused to make change for the air machine when the card reader was out. 100% of customers don't care who owns the machine, and making them drive to another station for air instead of making change is about as bad of customer service as you can get. I tried to go back, but I can't get over it luckily there is a brand new circle k at the next light."
"I'd give them 5 stars if someone replies to this with a working phone number! Lost my debit card and this 7-11 was the last place I used it. Hoping some good Samaritan found it on the ground and brought it to the cashier. Anyone turn in an orange Suncoast debit card Sunday, October 1st? Thanks!!"
