There's a few car washes that have made their prices $20 plus for just a simple wash and a do it yourself vacuuming.. but Tommy's express keeps it at 10 bucks for the basic wash. Good for when the budget is tight. The detailing packs they sell for $5 are a nice touch too if you need one. Got my car back into shape!"

"This location is struggling to maintain quality service. After three years I had to finally cancel my membership. The carpet machine was MIA, “half the brushes aren’t working,” and the screen when you first enter the tunnel was broken for months. The vacuums are constantly jammed. How could they still charge full price?"

"I joined shortly after opening with a two car Military/First Responder (I am both) membership of $70.00 a month. At first it was well run and the washers were great but even on opening, the vacuums never seemed to work well. After a few months, things seemed to be getting worse with staffing. Indifferent attitudes. Then several times I stopped by for a wash, the placed was closed for repairs, on one occasion for 4 or 5 days with no notice given. So I drove from my home to get a car wash only to find it was closed. Yesterday was the icing on the cake for me; I had picked up some sod in my SUV and had scattered sand throughout.. I went to Tommy's for a wash and to vacuum my car out. As I came out of the tunnel they were moving the red ball to block the entrance and close for the day. The door sign says they closes at 8:00pm, it was 6:00pm. I went to the vacuums' and began cleaning my carpet. In a matter of a few minutes, the vacuum turned off. I got out and pressed the red button.... nothing happened. I went inside (prox 6:05) where there was a woman working (two or three males were cleaning up outside). I told the lady that my vacuum shut off and she said "we're closed". I said the sign says 8:00pm, she said we close early on Memorial day. I asked if she could turn my vacuum back on so I could at least finish my car, I was almost done? She said they were all on the same switch and she couldn't do that. No accommodation, no help and with people still cleaning up, why not accommodate a good customer turn them back on for a few minutes?????? I got in my partially cleaned SUV and drove east on Colonial to Hurricane Car Wash (less than a mile away) and used their vacuums to finish the job. I then made my mind up that I was done with Tommy's indifferent attitudes, At 10:04 am this morning I called to cancel both memberships and got a v/m. We'll see if they return my call. It's really sad, the wash is really good and it's really convenient for me but I'm moving on. Sorry Tommy if you want to keep customers, you have to think through some of your decisions and make certain your staff is on-board with the company culture, but then again, maybe they are!"

"So they have no of knowing if a vehicle is too large for the wash until it is about to enter so everyone has to back up so the truck can get out. Total cluster. Ran out of towels to dry so you have to cough up $5 for a detail kit. It's barely noon on a Friday."

"Do not go to this location. Hardly any of the bird poop was removed when I paid for the ultimate wash, I also saw no rainbow suds as advertised. 6/7 vacuums I tried also had zero suction. I finally found one that actually worked. Save your money and go to a different car wash location"
