"This store sold me a broken charger for a vape pen. I came back in less than 10 minutes from when I purchased the charger and was informed by the man that sold it to me that they do no returns or exchanges on electronics. As soon as I took the charger off of the battery a piece of it came off and was stuck to the battery, and now I can't use my pen at all. He told me it was because it put it on too tight, which is not true. To insinuate that I broke my own vape that I've charged many times and have never had an issue with before is very poor customer service. So is ripping people off with faulty electronics."
