"Going to Ed Morse Cadillac Dealership this Friday for service. I will report back after their findings..... I may as well start fresh and cut my losses considering Sunset Cadillac wanted to CHARGE me again another diagnostic! Even though they fail to find and repair the problem. Ed Morse Cadillac Service Department has successfully verified and now diagnosing to repair. Picked up our car today, car was successfully repaired buy Ed Morse Cadillac in Bradenton. No cost warranty repair with courtesy car provide at no cost for duration of repair! My advise not to waste your time and hard earned money elsewhere for nothing but grief."
"If you go anywhere to buy/lease a Cadillac, this is the place you should go. I was visiting for a few weeks this summer and had a few problems that my Cadillac dealership could not get fixed. I did call GM to start a claim as the warranty had run out literally on the drive down (and I had a history of these types of repairs). But, that still did not mean this dealership had to work with me since they were not my home dealership. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond to help me resolve several problems in a short period of time due to my length of stay. They did not complain about doing work for a visiting customer and were also able to get me a loaner for a period of time when I needed it. Let me say, they did not HAVE to do this, especially under a warranty type of situation. AND, they finally fixed the problems that had been haunting me for a few weeks. Mind you I did have to pay a nominal deductible but we were okay with that. First, I did not wait for my car for obvious reasons. However, I did take note of the waiting room. It was super clean, business friendly (desks and outlets for privacy) as well as drinks and snacks provided. Jennifer was my initial service rep. She was awesome and made me feel that I was heard. She was extremely professional and caring. I felt like I had someone to help me fight for what was fair so that I felt safe driving my family back home. After my getting my car back from them, one of the items was not corrected as it was intermittent. I do know that these are hard to solve. I took it back the next day and worked with Joe who is the Repair Supervisor (I think). He took much time to drive with me so that I could show him what it was doing. Again, intermittent. It took about 30 minutes for it to finally make the problem occur. They fixed it within the few days before I was leaving. I have no doubt the Service Manager over the dealership had a lot to do with this but I did not deal with him personally at all. Either way, this dealership definitely went above and beyond for this customer! I would highly recommend them to anyone."
