"“JayDee” refused to refund my money for a product I was not satisfied with , this store does not clean their slushee machine this is my 3rd time coming to get one and the COKE taste like GREEN APPLE it’s disgusting the service is even worse . I could’ve been offered a replacement drink if he was unable to refund my money and he couldn’t even do that . I don’t care if it’s 3$ or 3 Pennie’s if was your money you would’ve wanted me to respect it and that’s all I’m asking. The owner UPCHARGES on almost everything . A pack of grabba is 5$ anywhere else you go and he charges 11$ . Just overall bad business"

"I've gone to this store everyday for the past couple months now and until today I thought I found my new coffee spot. But when I addressed an issue I had with not getting my change from the cashier with very distinctive pink hair, I was treated and responded to as if I was just trying to get money out of them. Out of all the times I've come in and disregarded the fact that the manager has never actually been pleasant to me personally but is to other certain people, I've never complained about anything or been a bother to the staff. But when I came back in the second time this morning to refill my cash card and bring my issue politely to the manager, I was treated as a huge inconvenience. "I'LL LOOK INTO IT" was the only response I got after an awkward moment of silence when telling the manager directly about me paying a total of 20$ to a 10$ transaction and wasn't given any change. My fault for being in a rush I didn't realize until I was already back in my Uber and was unable to go back into the store at that time. As an employee in the service industry I do know and understand people do try to scam money or merchandise for no reason. But also as a consistent customer that spends money on a basis daily at that one location, I was extremely unimpressed at the lack of care or consideration my issue was given by the manager. Unless I am reimbursed somehow for that mistake ontop of the lack of service I experienced addressing the issue, I will not be returning to this store. Not that they care, but you don't disregard loyal customers when they confront you with an issue. They won't be loyal let alone a customer anymore."

"DO NOT GO HERE!! There are dozens of other places to go. This is the 4th week I have come here and purchased a carton of Winston cigarettes. All 4 times, they were a different price. The difference was only a few bucks so I didn't think anything of it. (52, 48, 56, were previous prices paid, not including the change) However, today they rang up at over 60 bucks!! The price is 5.05 a pack with promos even lower if you buy 2 or more packs. Uhm, excuse me? The people behind the counter during your noon shift, were extremely rude about it when. I questioned it. Sorry but you lost my weekly business."

"Your posted rules are: no shoes, no shirt, no service. My posted rules are: No open restroom, no patronage of any kind. I know this is against your corporate policy, because I used to work for the company. Picture showing "Store Room" is actually still a bathroom that you keep open for employees only, and you have consolidated the public restrooms into the ladies', which is closed. I used to get my breakfast, gas, lunch, and snacks here to keep me up while I drive all night. I won't be visiting this location again for a while. If conditions change my rating might."
