"I’ve been coming to this Carwash occasionally over the last 15 years and felt compelled to leave this review after today’s visit. The intent of the review is to provide recommendations to ownership to improve the service and to also share my experience with others. THE GOOD: - I believe most people come to this place mainly for using the self-service Vacuum after the wash. While it’s not the strongest vacuum system, it generally does the job. - While others have complained about staff, I don’t recall any issues with their service or attitude and they have mostly been pleasant. THE NOT SO GOOD: - As many others have also shared, the carwash quality leaves a lot to be desired. I always go with the ‘Works’ package which is $15 and it’s supposed to properly clean the car and the tires. While I knew this was never the case and I would still need to scrub the car afterwards , today’s wash was by far the poorest it’s been since I’ve come here. I realize you get what you pay for, but if this quality doesn’t improve, I will have to find other options, and I truly hope the ownership considers this review and recommendations. RECOMMENDATIONS: - The wash quality has to improve. Even for a $15 wash, you should not be expected to spend another 30 minutes scrubbing the car. Without the extra self-wash, you wouldn’t have been able to tell that I had taken the car for wash. - If improving the system requires upgrading/replacing it and it’s cost prohibitive, perhaps you can increase your prices. I would much rather pay more, even double the current price, if it means I won’t have to self-wash afterwards. -If none of the above is possible, then change the description of the wash options to give the customers a clear expectation of the results. The ‘works’ package is a clear misrepresentation of what is being offered. Hope the above humble opinions are reviewed and taken into consideration."

"Somehow my truck exited the car wash dirtier then when it entered. Paid for the top wash that included tire wash and shine. Tires literals had mud and more dirt on the after the wash. Attempted to use the vacuum and the one that was working left an oily residue on my carpet. Had to rewatch my vehicle when I got home. Not to mention while vacuuming you feel like you are in a war zone. Avoid! Well, the fact that when you make a claim and the owner immediately calls your claim fake and assumes you are a liar tells you everything you need to know about this business"

"If only customers knew the truth about this company. Don't waste your money. This place is far from worth it. You'll never get the wash you pay for, and the owner doesn't care about her establishment. They manage to stay in business by lying to their customers and hiring people who can silver tongue you into a membership. There's better carwashes for cheaper that deserve your money. I really hope to see this place go under like it deserves."

"Extremely poor wash left dirty residue on my vehicle and wheels looked as though the wash bristles never touched them-even though as you can see “wheel blast” cleaning advertised on the menu. Oh, and the vacuums (four that were actually operable of about ten) had such weak suction. A complete waste of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND⛔️"
