"I wanted this to be my new favorite store because I despise going to the racetrack. I went about five times within a seven day timeframe. All was well until I realized my card was getting charged twice for each transaction. One charge would post immediately the second charge would stay pending. All of the pending charges are still pending and the money is removed from my account and I have to wait until it is released. It is now been seven days and the money has still not been released. I’m not sure what the issue is but hopefully it is fixed soon, so others do not have to go without their hard earned money. I would’ve given more stars because the customer service and the atmosphere have both been good, however, whenever I try to call the number that’s listed on Google its disconnected so I was not able to even talk to anyone about why my card has been charged twice every time I’ve been in their store."
