"Had the worst experience today. Have had a membership for sometime now in Palmetto and even posted last week what a great experience I had but today I was told because I have a large vehicle with the luggage rack top they will not use the buffer/drying bar as a part of the drying hood winshield. of I have cancelled my membership as that was my biggest part of the cleaning my vehicle it’s too big to dry those areas myself. So I will only suggest if you have a car to go there. Sucks that they have something that works but can’t be used. I said I would sign a waiver for damage purposes. But no they said it brakes their equipment. Sounds like they need an upgrade or offer drying those area for the vehicle that can’t use that process. Shame on them for not having the full customer service but charging for it."
"I was here for the first time today , but it definitely will not be the last. The entire facility is spotless and the vacuums are reasonably priced. I used the automatic wash and got the best one that was offered. It did a great job !! Next time , I will most likely join the club do I can go all the time. Thanks for a great experience"
"Great little do it yourself car wash. They have a power sprayer and brush. You can also do colored foam as well. You can do a wax too. Then afterwards you can vacuum. They have canopy's over it so you don't scorch. Some of the vacuums take quarters and some take cards."
"After a 10hr drive to vacation here, needed to find a touchfree wash to clean our brand new car. This one was just ok compared to others we have been to. Feel it could slow down the drying process. Still need to clean again after hitting bugs but that is expected."
