"The woman at the desk was the rudest person I have run into in a very long time. She was condescending. She was arrogant and angry. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and was argumentative rolling her eyes. Every chance she could get just because I was asking some relevant questions. I don’t know who she think she is but I’m gonna tell everyone about it. She needs to be fired. I don’t know how these people get these jobs but they need to start training people in proper customer service just because you’re having a bad day Does not mean you have to destroy everyone else’s day. Honestly, I will never go back to the HighSprings post office ever."

"I love this Postal Branch! Everyone is very polite, helpful, and professional! We had a issue with a package about a year ago and the Post Master came to our house to check everything out! Let me tell you this would have never happened in any other Postal Branch! She cares about her position and making sure her customers are being treated with up-most respect! Also I have never waited in line more than 5min! I have been there maybe 15+ times!!"

I have also had experience with at least 4-5 mail carriers both in my business and residential mail service over many years and every one of them is friendly, efficient, and go beyond what is expected of them! "I have always had a pleasant experience at the High Springs post office. The staff is quick and friendly, and has gone above and beyond to help me package my boxes correctly multiple times. I travel a lot on the road, and one of the staff members offered to forward my mail to me once a month to wherever I was because I was constantly changing locations. I know that wasn't in their job description, but they did that for me because they cared! I was surprised to see my neighborhood post office reviewed so poorly, and that's why I felt inspired to share my experience. I have lived in High Springs for four years, and I have never met such a warm and personal staff at any post office."

"I have never called a post office and gotten a live person. This morning that changed. The woman, I forgot to get her name, was very polite and helpful. On another note, I was in a few weeks ago trying to mail a package to my son. The two gentleman at the front desk were polite and very helpful. One even showed me how to save a few dollars on shipping. The couple times I've been in there I've had pleasant experiences."
