"Absolutely awful. First day when I sold the locker all was good I said I had my own padlock and would use that. All was good till day two go to drop off my stuff and my locker is the only one that does not have a double locking system out of 30 in that row. I went to the office let him know he said it should be there came over to the locker with me and said oh it's not so it does not come with it and corporate will not let me change it. I looked at other lockers they did not work for me due to the lip to enter the locker. Either way he had an attitude with me when I first came into the office and said that my locker did not have the dual lock system and then basically blew me off and said I'll refund your money.... Customer service needs to be worked on"
