"When we arrived, the gate was open so we drove through thinking that was how it was supposed to be. When trying to leave, we were told to present our ticket which we did not have. Staff was so incredibly rude (Stephen) calling us liars and laughing in our faces. We called customer service in which they sent us a link to pay. We paid twice and it was still not working saying the code was invalid. Stephen continues to laugh and make disrespectful comments. Will not be returning."

"Convenient and safe place to park with multiple floors and 2 elevators. Parking is usually $1 for the first 4 hours but will sometimes be a $5 prepaid fee whenever there's an "event", even if you're not attending whatever the event might have been. The $1 fee is usually the best price downtown so it's where I generally park whenever I visit the AMC theater downtown. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because on several occasions now, one or both of the machines by the elevators where you pay before leaving have been out of service, making it necessary to pay from my car at the booths at the exit, which is more time consuming and annoying. Thankfully on 2 occasions they had an attendant to help us."
