"TERRIBLE. BARE MINIMUM! They fail to let you know there are only vacuums after the car wash. No rags, no window cleaner, and vacuums that whistle extremely loud. If I would have known I couldn't clean my car completely. I would not have wasted the time or money. Then they ask for a tip for the employees with your purchase as well as a monthly club purchase? I Will NOT be returning. Very disappointed. Step up your game guys!"

"Staff and customer service are great. But compared to the previous owner, a lot has changed for the worst. NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. For monthly it used to be $16 which included underbody rinse. Now it is $33. They took away the bug station, towels, floor mat station, compressed air blower, window cleaner, AND THE SHADE. Currently the side rollers misses my doors. Maybe their sensors are not calibrated correctly. Been a member since 2018. The only reason I go here now is because I live across the street."

"If I could give none , I would. Have a membership but why as the scanner NEVER works. Have gone to Seminole and works just fine. It is clearly this place. The car wash doesn't clean. Your tires leaves dirt on the rims doesn't clean the windshield and depending on who works we'll spray your car. Don't waste your time. I'm getting a membership here. Have already spoke to the facility and they say there's nothing they can do. I understand it's kids who work there but the amount of money you charge for membership you should be fixing your facility"

"This car washed recently changed from Clean Machine to Mister Car Wash. I love this because of the convenience of the location and it made my unlimited wash club more valuable! The changes they have made have been positive and the car quality is the best around, especially compared to the competition!"
