"So usually no issues with this car wash except the drier starts 15 seconds before the car wash ends. Today we went thru the car wash and there was soap and wax all over my car when we left. And I mean all over. Thinking it was a fluke, we went thru again. Worse the second time. Now have to send more money to get this stuff off my car. And I’ve called and left messages this morning and all afternoon to no avail. I’ve messaged Tony and no answer. No reply. Nothing. And these pics are nothing to what it looks like. It’s covering my car."

"This was my First & last time ! I won’t be going back ! Sounds unbelievable, but true . I came out of the car wash with red paint on my black car . The tires & bottom of the doors . I called the number they have listed outside & Nobody ever answered . I was blessed after a day & a half of scrubbing & power washing my car to get all the paint off . Thank God ."

"My FORMER go to place in New Port Richey on Rowan let me downast night when the wands were not loaded with supplies in the bay I went in. Very disappointed. Not sure if the ownership is the same or not as the other place and this one look similar, but thankfully I was able to get the soap off my car and actually get it nice and clean as it had accumulated a lot of pollen as "tis that season." This location is right around the corner from my house and also has a drive thru service if that's more convenient. So needless to say I have changed car washing places - so long as when I go the wands and brushes are loaded and work as designed. And let me update by saying that eight months later this is still my go to car wash! They are not owned by the same people as the location on Rowan and finally a couple of weeks ago I actually saw someone affiliated with this location and told them how pleased I was with the quality and convenience. I had brought all four of the family’s vehicles over that weekend for a cleaning. The person I spoke with was more than delighted to hear of this and hopefully passed this on to ownership. True family owned and operated establishments are getting harder to find these days due to big corporate takeovers. And when I find a good one I am all too happy to post about it to help get the word out that they are doing something good!! And definitely worth the trip!!!"
