"I go to this 711 all the time and always have a pleasant experience....well the other day as I went to pump gas, I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the change I was given later turned out to be counterfeit. I didn't know what to do, a couple coworkers recommended I call the police and make a report. I did this and was told that since criminality cannot be proven, there was nothing they could do. Since I frequent this establishment often I shared my experience with a couple of cashiers and they promised to speak with the manager. Well I happen to be in today and the GM (Don) was present and had been briefed on the situation. I gave him the time and date in which the ACCIDENT happened and sure enough he found the recording and gave me the money that was counterfeit and taught his staff a very valuable lesson. I too learned a lesson so all is not lost Thanks again to Don the GM as well as Jenn for informing him on the accident"

"Stopped there 12/8/23 to save a buck or so on diesel. Well the fuel was just dribbling in. I put on auto & went inside to ask if they were running out, or do they all pump this slow. He said they always do - workers in the morning will be there 15 mins or more while waiting on pump to fill tank, & with diesel, they take lots of fuel. Went back out, & had only pumped 10 gal, but I kept doing it - too far into it now. Well, I decided to cut it off at $50, & when I took hose out, it had been pumping on the ground! (and no I couldn't hear it - too much traffic noise & was it was just trickling in). Prolly lost 2 gallon of diesel, & it was all over my new 2023 Chev 1 ton dually, which pissed me off. Went back inside & told him what had happened & to see if they had a hose to rinse truck off, & he said no, & went on about his business - no sorry or nothing! So, the buck I tried to save is still laying on the ground, about $7.00 worth - I will NEVER go there again!"

"Do not support the 7-Eleven they still money out of every employee's check and then say and it's a "advance" they do it out of every paycheck and then on the paycheck in itself that says voluntary deductions... And you can't report them to 7-Eleven Inc because they are franchise and since they are 7-Eleven doesn't care because technically they're not a real 7-Eleven they're just borrowing the name so I would highly recommend not working for them nor supporting the store just ask some . Employees who work there just make sure it's second and third shift because the manager on first will report them and get them fired for speaking out..."

"This place needs a better ordering method. I came here last night and all they had were large cups for fountain drinks. Today all they have is 1 cup dispenser of Medium cups.. Also, yday they didn't have the new scratch off tickets available because they didn't have any room to put them, today they have no $5 scratch offs to sell. I MEAN COME ON, TELL ME THIS STORE DOESNT LIKE MAKING MONEY!! AND FOR A CONVENIENT STORE THEY SUCK AT CONVENIENCE."
