"I’ve been going there for almost 20 years. Since Al sold the place and he and Sonny are gone, it’s a disaster. They never open on time as the young guy that opens everyday is never on time. He ignores customers while he stares at his phone incessantly. He barely speaks English so getting exactly what you’re asking for from behind the counter isn’t always easy. Turning it into a Citho and remodeling was an improvement, but as I always say, “You can’t polish a turd”."
