"Can't say enough about Imperial One and our driver, Jefferson!! It was an amazing day. Being picked up to attend our granddaughter's graduation, going to our daughter's for a celebration, going to dinner, back to our daughter's for cake and then home. The car was clean, a/c was wonderful, but most of all, leaving the driving/parking to someone else! Jefferson was very personable, friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend."

"We rented the Jaguar Limousine and the hummer Limousine for our wedding event. Both of the vehicles looked unkept rusting on the sides of the hummer Limousine and the Jaguar looked worn as well. To make things worse none of the vehicles had proper working Air conditioning. The Limousine arrival to the pick up locations 30 to 45 minutes prior to departure time and waited an hour to an hour and a half. This means the vehicles had more than enough time to cool for the bridal party. We still tipped knowing that it wasn't the drives fault. We tip the drives $20.00 each but come to fine out one of the drives tipped himself 20%. We call the office and talked Mr. Jefferson and told him the problem that we had with the vehicles. Mr Jefferson attempted to tell us that the vehicles both have working air conditioning and this is new to him and that the hummer has a power button that we were supposed to hit to control the air conditioning. We hire you guys for a service and it's not our job to know about a power button for air and the windows on the hummer Limousine wouldn't roll down. They refunded us back the tip but nothing more."

He was professional, sincere and a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and extremely accommodating with all our needs.
