"The car wash does an excellent job cleaning my vehicle. However, they went to a access program that is supposed to read your license plate. 25% of the vehicles that have the monthly program cannot access without honking your horn to get an attendant to open the gate. it does not read the license plate. You can also not enter the car wash when attendance are not available early early morning or evening. Perhaps going back to the old system that had a barcode taped to the top rear window would be a much better option and would Increase Customer satisfaction."

"For $17 total, it's poor value. My car looked the same after as when I arrived. I wouldn't recommend this car wash or vacuum station. The drive through wash was only a few types of soap followed by water, no foam or scrubbing. The "spot free" finishing liquid left spots on the windshield. Dryer was two WEAK passes so far above the car it didnt dry anything. I inserted two dollars for the vacuum (8 minutes) and my watch timer indicated that the vacuum stopped at 7:42 seconds, what a joke. Parking lot smelled like piss. Go to MOD in Dunedin or Take 5 in Trinity to get a better wash, powerful dry, free vacuum, free interior wipes and window spray, mat cleaning, and free air fresheners. PS the paper towel pictured in my photos is the outside of the windows AFTER the wash - sad."

"Have never had such rude kids running any business I was at. We have been going there for awhile because we like the car wash and deals. I accidentally had the automatic window shield wiper on. When the attendant (manager) washed my windshield the wipers went off and he got a little wet. I do understand being angry but he cursed up a storm. I apologized telling him I did not realize they were on but he continued to curse, dropping the "f' bomb frequently. Another occasion I went through the gate as it opened. As I did there was a car backing up through the cones across the path of the oncoming cars. I was not sure of drivers intention and stopped. The same kid started cursing saying didn't you see I was backing up? I apologized and told him I did not know what he was doing. He continued to curse and call me an "idiot"!! Customer service is sub-standard off the charts!! Although I liked this car wash there are too many with positive customer service ratings where I can go."

"What a terrible experience at this carwash!!! Waited for tire cleaner nothing, waited for engine cleaner nothing, waited for presoak nothing finally got a tiny amount of soap on soap wash by this time I'm running around car trying to finish properly but no use had to put another 2.75 more from the original 5.00.what a robbery!!! Should of just stayed home and sprayed my car with the water hose!!!! They don't allow bucket washing, so then where's the chemicals so we don't have to bucket wash!!!!!!!!!! Then I call main number and not even their voicemail is set up!!! Shows how much they keep up with this dump!!!!"

"CAUTION: On 03/13/2024, my car was damaged going through car wash. The attendant took down my name and number and assured me the owner would call me in 2-3 days. I took photos of the damage, the kid did not; nor did he write a comprehensive citation of said damage. I stopped in 2 more times, 03/14/2024, 03/18/2024 complaining that I'd heard back from no one. The "enter at your own risk" signs were mentioned to me. I am angry and gravely disappointed that an owner of an establishment can be so nefarious with most people's second largest investment, and not even give a courteous return phone call. Please don't take your vehicle here. I'm only one of many here giving bad reviews. Don't be as ignorant as I was to expect a place of business to stand behind their service. BEWARE!"
