USA Car Wash

"I paid to receive a full auto detail for my car, I dropped it off and received a text message from the owner of the detailing company, Elijah, 45 minutes after drop off that my detail was completed. When I questioned him on the time he stated that he did not shampoo the seats that he did not have the proper equipment. I was not happy with this result and expressed that to him. He stated the what he could do was shampoo the seats in 2 weeks when he received the equipment. I attempted to make an appointment with him multiple times. One of these appointments I arrived as scheduled to have a staff member advise me that he was on vacation and was not there as scheduled. I have been going back and forth with him for more than a month and at this point am done trying to receive the rest of the paid service. The detail that was completed was very poor. He missed multiple areas while whipping it down. He did not clean the door jambs or the seats at all I essentially paid a car detail price for him to run it through the drive through car wash and do a quick vacuum. I do not recommend the detailing service here at all."

"Paid for a $9 express car wash and only was able to use the vacuum which is free anyways. Couldn’t use the express car wash without an attendee to operate it, let alone it was blocked off so I couldn’t drive through it regardless. No employees around. You can drive through the detailing bay but all there is, is a spray hose, no cleaning products. I tried calling both numbers on Google and the one on the sign on the door, no answer. Only 11pm so I was hoping someone would answer or help me out. Really wish I could get my money refunded back to my card, felt like I got ripped off."

"Blake is the best car wash attendant I ever met ! Does everything I ask of him . I love this car wash I’ll be coming back every time as long as Blake is there also had my bike detailed and it came out looking brand new ! Well over pleased with USA car wash glad to be a member!"

"Says open 24/7 but needed an emergency car wash and paid and everything got up to the wash and it said bay was busy. And never got the wash. Don’t listen to this when it says 24/7** Edit : After coming back here noting the time 11:23 pm Fri Dec 15th 2023 and they currently have cones blocking the entrance so you can’t even use the vacuums which that’s what I was coming here for. Last time the car wash didn’t work and said it was busy but can’t even try that this time again this place is only good if the employees are here… maybe change your 24/7 hours if your employees will be closing it off even the vacuums"
