"I go here all the time. I let my dogs run around on the the top floor. Security guards do their job. No problem with them, I come and go as I please. Cool place."
"Easy downtown parking with (2) "EV" charging station on each level"
"Paid for by our taxes but benefits the school and hotel being built in front of it only. Security must be working for and paid by the school as they don't want anyone from the public being in a public place."
"Don't even try to enter with your golf cart. Don't come to the parking garage and sit and wait for anyone/anything either. You arent allowed to sit in your parked vehicle of any type in this parking garage. After dinner in downtown, we were riding around enjoying the evening and decided to drive to the top for something fun to check out. We went up there as long term citizens of the city of New Port Richey on our golf cart with our little kid to PARK and check out the view of downtown from the top of the parking garage for the first time since it was built and were followed immediately behind by their security staff in his golf cart who told us we needed to leave and were not allowed to be there since we were not parking (we were quite literally parked.) He backed in his golf cart and watched us as we were sitting in our golf cart, PARKED in a PARKING GARAGE watching the sunset over downtown as a family, enjoying a relaxing evening. We wanted to see what our tax dollars paid for, doing what the intended purpose of the building was for. Instead we were followed and harassed by their 3rd party security company, Allied Security. What a shame. I get that he's doing his job, and he has to protect the building from malicious behavior & vandalism, but riding our butts to the top, parking and staring at us and rudely telling is we need to leave and werent allowed to be there when we were sitting there PARKED enjoying the sunset is ridiculous. We were clearly sitting there enjoying our dessert we took home from the resturant, watching the sunset as a family just to do something different, very obviously not doing anything bad. A nicer thing to do was ask us what we were doing, kindly let us know the rules (we didn't see any rules posted about sitting in our golf cart, parked) and say just for future reference, you are not allowed to sit, parked, in a parking garage."
"Nice addition to NPR downtown."
