Friendly Car Wash

"I had to put in one star so that this review would post. I would prefer to give it a negative 5 stars. Incredibly bad, and I try not to write reviews if a place is bad. But, save your money and do not go here. Yesterday I attempted to hand wash my car in one of their hand wash stalls. The bill changing machine would not work, and the guy working there could not give me change. He added 4 dollars to the machine, good for one wash, and walked away. With my 6 dollars. By then the wash had started and time was ticking. Lots of soap, brushed up, then I tried to rinse. The rinse water came out in a trickle and of course the time ran out. I asked him for my six dollars in change, or to add it to the machine. He added more time to the machine, but this time maybe 5 minutes. I added the two dollars of quarters I had on me, and proceeded to begin to rinse again, seeing spots I would normally rewash but I knew that clock was ticking! I got it fairly well rinsed, trying hard to get the undercarriage as well in order to wash beach salt off. The rinse was of course still just pulsing out at a very low volume. I felt ready to apply some wax, and there was NONE. Good grief. I finished my trickle rinsing and he gave me a thumbs up sign. I went over to him and let him know how disappointed I was that 1) he could not make change 2)because of that I couldn't put in money for a larger amount of time 3) the rinse water came out at basically a trickle 4) there was no wax. He replied the next time I come I should do the hand wash, it is a better deal he said. At 15 dollars. Now, the sign out front says hand wash 10 dollars, so I'm already thinking that would be a big ripoff as well. I let him know I would not even consider ever coming back. I felt ripped off and disrespected. I will never go there again."

"I am currently trying to clean out my work van and vacuum. Lots of tools but my employees made sure that it was not messy and kept neat and We were told that the owner is coming and they just cleaned the lot and they are calling the police. The manager I’m assuming started to take pictures while my employee cleaned up and told him she will get it up. I do not believe it was the owner that had an issue but the attendant because he did not want to have to reclean the lot. My employee then asked the attendant if he would like to take another picture of it cleaned up shortly after. Isn’t this what a car wash is for? Very disappointed and will NOT be going there again."
